missingWrote a review on Dec 31
The entrance through a dark, narrow passage felt unwelcoming, and the atmosphere was oddly dim once inside. Some rooms had unique but impractical layouts, such as a bathroom without a door, compromising privacy. essential amenities like a kettle were missing, and heating issues in certain rooms made for an uncomfortable first night. Be prepared to navigate an inconsistent experience, such as breakfast service which could be absent without notice.

Wanderlust in Bruges! 🇧🇪
Wow, what a lekker spot! The brekkie was by candlelight, and the host Emil really helped us find local spots—such a chommie! The Flemish stew at the restaurant? Bliksem, best I’ve had!

Charming Stay with Unique Experiences
While the room size was a bit tight for family, the experience was memorable! The food at the onsite restaurant impressed us greatly. Pro tip, consider exploring nearby shops for toiletries since they’re not provided. a delightful base for exploring Bruges.

Our stay at Gran Hotel De Passage was simply delightful! The room was beautiful, featuring a private bathroom with a rain shower, and we loved the quality bedding. The breakfast had amazing options like fresh bread and pastries, and the location was just a short walk from all the main attractions.
The room was a bit small.

The location is simply perfect, just a stone's throw from attractions like the Belfry of Bruges and Church of Our Lady. The restaurant below is a culinary gem – the Flemish beef stew is a must-try, and breakfast by candlelight feels like a scene out of a movie! The room had a comfortable bed and a rain shower with great water pressure, making it an absolute delight after a day of exploring.
No elevator.
